An agent skill that searches and compares flights with the Ktemia flight search API. Ask in plain language — "find me a nonstop from New York to Paris on 10 March, back on the 17th, for two" — and the agent looks up airport codes, runs the search, and returns fares from each seller with booking links.
LIS, and asks when a name matches several citiesKtemia compares fares; it does not book tickets. The traveller books on the seller's site.
Works in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. All three read the same SKILL.md format.
As a plugin, from inside Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add Ktemiaa/ktemia-flights-skill
/plugin install ktemia@ktemia
Or as a standalone skill:
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/Ktemiaa/ktemia-flights-skill.git
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills
cp -r ktemia-flights-skill/skills/flight-search ~/.claude/skills/
Codex loads skills from ~/.agents/skills/ (every project) or .agents/skills/ in a repository:
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/Ktemiaa/ktemia-flights-skill.git
mkdir -p ~/.agents/skills
cp -r ktemia-flights-skill/skills/flight-search ~/.agents/skills/
Restart Codex, then ask for a flight search. The skill calls api.ktemia.com, so Codex may ask you to allow network access for those commands.
Cursor loads skills from ~/.cursor/skills/ or ~/.agents/skills/ (every project), or .cursor/skills/ in a project:
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/Ktemiaa/ktemia-flights-skill.git
mkdir -p ~/.cursor/skills
cp -r ktemia-flights-skill/skills/flight-search ~/.cursor/skills/
The skill appears under Customize → Skills. Use it from Agent chat, or type /flight-search.
If you already installed it in ~/.agents/skills/ for Codex, Cursor finds it there too.
To share the skill with everyone working in a repository, copy it into .agents/skills/flight-search in that repository and commit it. Codex and Cursor read that folder; for Claude Code, use .claude/skills/flight-search.
The skill reads your key from KTEMIA_API_KEY:
export KTEMIA_API_KEY="your-key"
How to get a key, and the plan limits, are on authentication and pricing. Every API call counts as one request: a search, each results page, and each details call.
Find flights from Lisbon to London on 15 March 2027.
Compare round trips from JFK to Paris, 10–17 March, two adults, at most one stop, cheapest first.
Multi-city: Lisbon → Barcelona on 2 April, Barcelona → Rome on 6 April, Rome → Lisbon on 10 April.
The skill bundles a small Python client with no dependencies:
python3 skills/flight-search/scripts/ktemia.py airports "Lisbon"
python3 skills/flight-search/scripts/ktemia.py search --origin LIS --destination LHR --date 2027-03-15
python3 skills/flight-search/scripts/ktemia.py results <searchToken>
python3 skills/flight-search/scripts/ktemia.py details <searchToken> <flight id>
Ktemia is a search and compare platform for flights, with stays, cars, and homes to follow. Use it in the dashboard, through the API, or with the AI copilot. More guides are on the blog.
